Renovation of a museum in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Project includes interior finishes (not included in Phase I), installation of kitchen equipment (base on Owner's equipment list; included in the specifications), mechanical, electrical and plumbing for connections of these equipment providing the Owner with fully functioning and operational kitchen. Contractor to purchase, install and connect all kitchen equipment (based on Owner's equipment list included in the Specifications). Included is some demo and completion of a new opening in existing building wall, unit pricing for plaster repairs and miscellaneous repairs. A Bid Bond and Contract Security will be required of all bidders regardless of amount. Contract award will be based on the Bid Amounts as the Owner in its discretion decides to award. The Owner has the right to accept bid in part or whole and the right to reject all bids when in the best interest of the Town of Blackstone. Question Deadline 11/29/2024 at 5:00 PM ET
