Flynn Cruiseport Modernization Trade Bids Tile, Elevators and Escalators and Glass and Glazing The estimated cost of the trade contractors’ portion of this phase of the Project is approximately $2,080,000 and the construction duration for this phase is approximately Twenty-Four (24) months. The estimated value of work to be performed by trade contractors is as follows: TILE (080002, 081210, 088010)……………………………………………………………………………..$450,000 ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS (140001, 143100)…………………………………………………….$860,000 GLASS AND GLAZING (080002, 081210, 088010)………………………………………………………..$770,000 The total estimated cost of the Project is approximately $30,000,000 and the construction duration is approximately TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS.
