Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Panama City, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Construction of utility improvements to include sanitary sewer and water main along the following streets within the City of Panama City: E 4th St. from Oak Ave. to McKenzie Ave., Oak Ave. from E 4th St. to Luverne Ave., Park Ave. from Beach Dr. to Luverne Ave., Luverne Ave from Oak Ave. to E 4th St., E 3rd Ct. from Park Ave. to McKenzie Ave., and Magnolia Ave. from E 3rd Ct. to E 4th Street. This work includes the installation of the proposed utilities as well as removal of existing utilities. It also includes the excavation of trenches for the proposed utilities and the restoration of the roadway and sidewalks in which the trenches are dug either by full depth reconstruction or milling and resurfacing, as applicable. In addition, on the Park Ave. portion only, the project includes sidewalk widening as shown in the plans. The Project must be substantially complete no later than August 1, 2025. Final completion must be no later than September 1, 2025. Question Deadline 12/11/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
