Contractor to provide new Fire Extinguishers and Service and Inspection of existing fire extinguishers as specified below to be F.O.B. delivered to the locations listed as and when required on a firm price basis Initial Term of Contract: The Contract shall commence on the Effective Date, January 1, 2025 and expire on December 31, 2027. Option to Renew: The contract or any part of the contract may be renewed for one (1) additional one (3) year term by the mutual agreement between the Commission and the Supplier(s). The renewal may be exercised as individual or multiple year terms(s). Renewals shall be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by the Commission's Strategic Sourcing Department and the suppliers. Non-renewed contracts will be competitively re-bid. 1.3 PTC may terminate any resulting contract upon a thirty (30) day written notice. Question Deadline 11/26/2024 at 10:30 AM ET
