Renovation of an educational facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. Proposed Project encompasses renovations of the kitchen serving area to the existing Susquehanna Township High School that includes new/updated finishes, ceilings, lighting, food service equipment and miscellaneous electrical revisions. The project also includes alternates for additional renovations in the existing kitchen and dishwashing areas along with a proposed building addition to include a new serving line, additional storage and dock with ramp access, including related Site, General trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, data telecommunications, and security work. Bids shall be accompanied by 10% bid guarantee, payable to the Owner.
