License Requirements Class A contractor's license Liquidated Damages $5,000 per day Project Duration 200 working days The work to be performed consists, in general, of the reconstruction of an existing lift station, referred to herein as the Ming/Grand Lakes Lift Station, located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Ming Avenue and Grand Lakes Avenue. More specifically, the work includes the installation and maintaining of temporary bypass pumping; abandonment of existing sewer lines; construction of new sewer lines and force main with manholes and tie-in to existing manholes; re-lining of the Ming/Grand Lakes Lift Station complete with all appurtenances; construction of lift station site improvements such as grading and aggregate base surfacing; furnish and install all electrical items and coordination with the utility company; testing and adjustment of equipment; and all other items necessary to complete the project as specified herein. ll questions and requests for clarification regarding this project must be submitted in writing on the Request for Information Form provided in the bid documents.
