UConn Health (UCH) will be fitting out approximately 1,400 square feet on the first floor of the Outpatient Pavilion located at 135 Dowling Way, Farmington, CT. The renovation includes modifications to and existing equipment control room, fit out of an existing shelled vault and new equipment installation in that vault. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
