A. Project Name: Pennington Juvenile Service Center Asphalt and Concrete Repairs. B. A/Es Name: Renner Assoc. LLC (Civil), Skyline Engineering (Electrical) C. The Project consists of removing existing asphalt and replacing with concrete in the parking area of Pennington County's Juvenile Services Center. D. The work includes but not limited to: Removal of existing asphalt, excavating and repairing base course, replacing light poles, installing concrete surface and other items per the project drawings and specifications E. Work has been separated into 2 phases due to budget concerns but the preference would be to complete this project within the same calendar year but the second phase may move to the following year. Requesting bids for a single prime contractor to provide Asphalt & Concrete Repairs at the Campbell Street Campus of Pennington County. Scope of work is outlined in the drawings and specifications provided by Renner Engineering. The Pennington County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein. They also reserve the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder as they so determine. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. This project has an estimated value range of $375K-450K.
