There will be interior renovations to SPED, stage, art, and music areas. We are replacing the playground with new surfacing, equipment, and shades. On the exterior skin, we are re-roofing roughly 30% of the campus. This work will be awarded in January, start on May 25th and finish before August 1, 2025. The Thompson Elementary Renovation project also includes various renovations over the campus. There will be interior renovations to SPED and kindergarten classroom areas. CONTRACT Proposals will be based on a single lump-sum contract for individual work elements. Combination of work elements will be considered, however, the proposer must submit the work elements individually and as a combination proposal. Proposals will be awarded based upon the following criteria. The following list is not necessarily in order of importance 1. Purchase price 2. The Offeror's experience and reputation 3. The quality of the offeror's goods or services 4. The offeror's safety record 5. Whether the offeror's financial capability is appropriate to the size and scope of the project 6. Extent to which goods and services meet District needs 7. Vendor past relationship with District, Construction Manager and Architect 8.
