Remodeling of a municipal facility in Poway, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
Chiller Replacement RFB 25-006. This Request for Bids is issued to invite bids for the replacement of the existing McQuay AGS160CH27-ER10 air-cooled chiller. The new chiller shall meet or exceed the current system's specifications and efficiency standards. The new chiller shall have a minimum cooling capacity of 160 tons, 460-volts, operate on a 60 Hz frequency, and be compatible with a 3-phase power supply. No bid will be received unless it is made on a bid form which is included as part of the Special Provisions for the Project. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash or a cashier's check or a certified check, or a satisfactory bid bond issued by a California admitted surety insurer in the form as included in the bid documents, and in any event in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid.
