The Work consists of the following 1. The Work includes portables indicated on Drawings. 2. The intent of these drawings and specifications is that the alteration, rehabilitation or reconstruction is to be in accordance with Title 24, California Code of Regulations. Should any existing conditions such as deterioration or non-complying construction be discovered which is not covered by the contract documents wherein the finished work will not comply with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a Construction Change Document, or a separate set of plans and specifications, detailing and specifying the required repair work shall be submitted to and approved by Division of the Sate Architect before proceeding with the repair work. The contractor will be required to chalk out precise locations for building delivery and setting. Modular company (not included by contractor for this project) will supply, deliver, and set modular buildings. The contractor will be responsible for concrete stem walls buildings are placed on, and all other requirements outlined in the DSA approved construction documents. The contractor will also be required to coordinate with District's modular company regarding delivery, scope of work, setting requirements, and preliminary walk throughs to ensure compliance before building delivery.
