Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Milton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Replacement of existing control panel and electrical disconnects at both pump stations. Replacement of Roto-phase converter with VFDs at River Park Pump Station. Replacement of platform for electrical equipment at River Park Pump Station. Installation of new control shed at Yates Crossing No. 1 Pump Station. Relocation of fence at River Park Pump Station. Other work items. Construction time limit for the Contract is 365 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Docs notes : Any additional plans or specifications that are requested will be provided at a cost of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of plans and fifty dollars ($50.00) for each set of specifications. Payment by either cash or check must be made upon delivery. The Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. Question Deadline 12/10/2024
