Site work for a water / sewer project in Milton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Approximately 15 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sanitary sewer line. Approximately 60 linear feet of 1 1/2 -inch force main. One grinder pump station, valve vault and flow meter. Other sanitary sewer components, including manholes. Tree and other object removal. Fencing. Other work items. Construction time limit for the Contract is 165 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion, of which 35 consecutive calendar days is actual in-field construction. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Prospective Bidders are advised that the contract awarded under this bid is to be funded in whole or in part by Congressional Directed Spending, the West Virginia Infrastructure & Jobs Development Council, State of West Virginia Community Project Funding, and the Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District. The Salt Rock Sewer Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
