Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Thornton, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a 243,000-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of May 14, 2026, a construction manager has been selected. Sub-bidding is underway, with pricing due on the 5th, of June 2026. Subcontractors and bidders must be prequalified with the construction manager to obtain documents and bid. A firm construction timeline has not yet been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Reference Number 0000368533 Phased rebuild of Thornton High School and the rebuild of the North wing of Future Forward @ Bollman (the Project). Both buildings share the same campus, which will be fully occupied throughout the Project. Qualifed CM/GC's must have project history of similar size, scope, relevance and budget (no less than a $75M construction cost) within the past six (6) years, in the State of Colorado.
