Such ìsummariesî are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project, and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive, all-inclusive listings of project scope. Absence of any specific detail in an offered summary does not remove such element from the Scope of Work presented by the complete document set.
