Cut off for questions: 02 Dec 2024 @ 1:00 PM CST The requirement includes the purchase, installation, assembly and testing of two (2) HVAC systems, conduit installations, lightening protection grounding strap installations, and electrical connections. The requirement also requests quarterly inspection and service agreement for ten (10) units as detailed in attached SOW. The contractor shall provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services to provide all necessary professional supervision, labor, travel, materials, tools, equipment, accessories, and other items necessary to complete the installation of all components safely. The installation will comply with the Air Force certification standards outlined in the following standards and safety publications. The contractor shall provide construction services to install a four (4) inch ferrous Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit. o Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) / Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA)- 607, Commercial Building Grounding and Bonding Requirements o National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 National Electric Code (NEC) o NFPA 101, Life Safety Code o NFPA 780, Standard for the Installation of Lightning Protection Systems o Committee on National Security Systems (CNSSI) 7003, Protected Distribution Systems (PDS) The Contractor shall provide all the necessary tools and equipment to complete the installation. This requirement includes any ladders, lifts, hoists, power tools, safety gear, or other equipment, tools, supplies necessary to complete installation and provide testing of all installed components. There is a total of one (1) mobile container requiring two (2) HVAC systems and associated equipment and services, and install of a Conduit. Conduit and HVAC Details are in section 1.2 Basic Services. The work will be completed on the flight line side of building 90131 at Hurlburt Field, Florida 32544.
