Successful Bidder is Responsible for the Fees Associated With the Awarded Bid. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid package, particularly to the PA Prevailing Wage Rates, Public Works Employment Verification, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. Rutledge Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids thereof, and waive any information in the bidding, as they deem are in the best interest of the Borough. Major Items include: concrete walkways and plaza, bituminous walkways and multi-purpose court, landscaping, lighting, and related improvements.
