Contract B: Manhole Rehabilitation Project - Rehabilitation of 40 manholes and installation of 116 Each bidder must submit with their bid, security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of two hundred dollars ($200.00), payable to the Central Delaware County Authority. Questions Due Date Online Portal Deadline to submit Questions May 16th 2025, 2:00 PM EDT The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor's Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in such form and having as security thereon, such Surety Company as is approved by the Authority, in an amount of not less than the total of the accepted bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the receiving and opening of bids. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract and to waive any informalities in the Bids.
