The SR-193 Waterline Project consists of: Installation of approximately 5,165 LF of 12" culinary main and associated appurtenances Bidders must obtain the Project Documents directly from Syracuse City to be included on the official plan holders list. A bidder must be on the official plan holders list to submit a bid. No pre-bid conference will be held. Email questions to bbloemen@syracuseut.gov. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 11/25/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
