Site work and paving for a civil project in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The 2025 Utility Project consists of: Installation of approximately 4,271 LF of culinary and secondary main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 943 LF of sewer main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 579 LF of storm drain main and associated appurtenances Installation of approximately 185 secondary meter conversions Installation of approximately 96,225 SF of asphalt No pre-bid conference will be held. Question Deadline 01/21/2025 Bidder acknowledges that: 1. each Bid Unit Price includes an amount considered by Bidder to be adequate to cover Contractors overhead and profit for each separately identified item, and 2. estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and are solely for the purpose of comparison of Bids, and final payment for all Unit Price Work will be based on actual quantities, determined as provided in the Contract Documents. 3. It is anticipated this project will go before Syracuse City Council for consideration of approval on February 11, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, a bid security subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
