Base Bid: Construction of 1 baseball field (with artificial turf infield), soccer fields, score tower, restroom facility, picnic pavilions, parking lot, roadway, roundabout, and surrounding sidewalks/fencing for the site. Additive Alternative 1: EnkaSport material (base bid) to be replaced by EnkaFlex within the artificial turf baseball infield area. Additive Alternative 2: Installation of a natural turf underdrain system as shown in the plans and specifications including but not limited to installation of geotextile fabric, pea gravel drainage layer, Enka Drain flat pipe, and 8" perforated collector pipe. Additive Alternative 3: Installation of a fertigation system installed downstream of the booster pump as a separate system designed to handle the phase 1 improvements only. Est.
