Site work for a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The City is looking to prequalify up to four bidders for the Wellington Bridge Replacement. The Wellington Bridge is a three-span concrete arch bridge constructed in 1932, located on 102 Avenue over the Ramsey Ravine between Churchill Crescent and Wellington Crescent. The bridge will be replaced with either a clear span steel girder bridge structure (Option A) or a NU2400 girder bridge structure (Option B). Drawings will be provided for both girder options for bidding. Closure 102 Avenue will be required and anticipated to start at the end of August 2025 for completion in Fall 2026.
