The City of Edmonton (the "City") invites participants to submit responses for this Sourcing Event for the provision of Construction Manager services for LRT Renewal Program 2023-2026. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Summary of Work document. The intent for this Pre-Qualification is to pre-qualify capable Construction Managers with experience delivering Light Rail Transit infrastructure renewal projects in a brownfield environment. Under this Pre-Qualification, the City may use any delivery method it deems necessary in executing the requirements including, but not limited to, Construction Manager, Design-Build, or Design-Bid-Build. The delivery method for each subsequent project will be determined at City's sole discretion at the time when the requirement arises.
