The South Fork Water Board invites contractors to submit proposals to provide On-Call Construction Services. Typical work may include, but is not limited to open trench excavation, pipe excavation and repair, pipe replacement, concrete repair, paving and asphalt work, water treatment equipment maintenance and repair, basin/lagoon maintenance, and general building maintenance. Contractors will be evaluated based on responsibility, qualification for the typical work, and billable rates. Upon evaluation of the proposals received, the Board intends to select one or more contractors to enter into a contract for On-Call Construction Services. The Board reserves the right to select any, a portion, or none of the contractors on contract to perform work based on the proposals received. The Board reserves the right to negotiate a final contract(s) that is in the best interest of the Board. The contract(s) will define the extent of services to be rendered, method and amount of compensation. Some or all of the work requested pursuant to this RFP may be public works subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Oregon's prevailing wage law), to be determined by the Board at the time of task order issuance. The anticipated contract term(s) is 5 years, with the option to update rates annually. Specific information on how to submit proposals is contained in the RFP documents. Submissions received after the specified time will not be accepted. The Board is not responsible for delays in delivery.
