Allow Electronic Quote - Yes The Work will take place in Clackamas County, Oregon. Clackamas County encourages bids from Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Businesses. Bid bond described hereinafter, executed in favour of the Owner, for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Bidder will execute the contract and provide a performance bond and payment bond as required. The successful Bidder's check or Bid bond will be retained until the Bidder has entered into a contract satisfactory to Owner and furnished a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and one hundred percent (100%) payment bond. The sufficiency of the documentation or the performance of Good Faith Effort shall be in the sole and absolute determination of Clackamas County. Only those Bidders that Clackamas County has determined have not sufficiently performed Good Faith Effort shall have protest rights of the determination for such Bidder. No Bidder shall have protest rights of the sufficiency of any other Bidder completing Good Faith Effort.
