CFD Fire Station #12 TI Project Project Description The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of the following items: 1. Complete Tenant Improvements at the CFD Fire Station #12. 2. Construction of non-structural walls, interior finishes, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical improvements. 3. Estimated Value ($450,000 to $550,000) Each addendum must be signed and submitted with the Bid to be considered a responsive bid offer. The District is not responsible for failure of bidders to receive notifications of changes or corrections made by the District and posted as stated above. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted by 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Thursday, January 23rd, 2025, seven (7) days prior to bid opening to receive responses. All final responses will be posted on the District's website no later than three (3) days prior to Bid Opening. This is a local public works project subject to BOLI prevailing wages (ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870). Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to Clackamas Fire District #1 in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Clackamas Fire District #1 may reject a bid that does not comply with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement to demonstrate the bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and that the District may reject for good cause, all bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest. The District reserves the right to waive minor informalities in any bid.
