Anticipated award date is on January 31, 2025.** The project consists of the replacement of the HVAC system of a single-family residence at 105 Craftsman Drive, New Bern, NC. Work consists of furnishing labor and materials to install functioning indoor and outdoor heating and cooling units: a 2.5 Ton 17 SEER2 Armstrong (Model 4SHP17LE124P) or approved equal; a 2.5 Ton Armstrong Cased Coil (Model EAH1P30AG) or approved equal; a Honeywell T6 Pro Thermostat or approved equal; a new gas valve; and a concrete slab will be purchased and installed. This is the replacement of existing HVAC equipment that is no longer functioning properly. All questions must be submitted not later than November 25, 2024 by 5:00PM EST. No questions will be responded to after this date.
