Renovation of a residential development in New Bern, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

**As of January 28, 2025 Project has not been awarded . Anticipated award date is on January 31, 2025.** The project consists of the replacement of the HVAC system of a single-family residence at 105 Craftsman Drive, New Bern, NC. Work consists of furnishing labor and materials to install functioning indoor and outdoor heating and cooling units: a 2.5 Ton 17 SEER2 Armstrong (Model 4SHP17LE124P) or approved equal; a 2.5 Ton Armstrong Cased Coil (Model EAH1P30AG) or approved equal; a Honeywell T6 Pro Thermostat or approved equal; a new gas valve; and a concrete slab will be purchased and installed. This is the replacement of existing HVAC equipment that is no longer functioning properly. All inquiries or questions concerning this project must be made to Ms. D'Aja Fulmore, Community Development Coordinator, fulmored@newbernnc.gov or by calling (252) 639-7586 during normal business hours. All questions must be submitted not later than November 25, 2024 by 5:00PM EST. No questions will be responded to after this date. The City of New Bern reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Site Visit: Site visits are not required. Bid Security: Not required. The location of this project comprises the site location at 105 Craftsman Drive, New Bern, NC.
