The New Crossing Will Replace an Existing Culvert Under the Road. The New Crossing Structure is an 87.5-foot-long Bottomless Cmp Arch Culvert With a 12-foot Span and 6.25-foot-rise Set on Concrete Footers. Instream Work on the Creek Includes Realignment, Pool and Riffle Creation, and Relocation of Riparian Vegetation That Will Extend About 500 Feet Downstream of the Crossing. At the Downstream End of the Channel Work, a New Irrigation Diversion Structure Will Be Installed for a Small Canal. The North Cisco Road is to Remain Open to Traffic During the Entire Construction Process. A Temporary Shoofly Access Road Alignment Has Been Provided in the Plan Set. The Contractor is Responsible for Providing and Implementing a Temporary Traffic Control Plan Meeting Udot/fhwa Requirements Including All Signage, Barriers, Lights, Etc. All Conditions of the Provided Stream Alteration Permit Will Be Followed. Construction Oversight Will Be Provided by a Trout Unlimited Representative.
