Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 157-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Lawrence Heights Phase 2 Revitalization - The first block (Block 22) will be developed as a rental block, on an expedited basis, with design, development and construction management services led directly by TCHC. Scope pf work includes replacement of 127 seniors housing units, along with 30 affordable units. TIMELINE: Project is in early planning stages. WSP has been engaged for the design of municipal infrastructure, contract administration and preparation and submission of the Draft Plan of Subdivision and related technical applications to the City. Schematic design of the block is expected to be completed in February, followed by detailed design in the spring of 2026. A Quality Based Selection RFP process is planned to engage design consultants and develop a Construction Manager Roster, and select the Construction Manager for this block. Further update may be available spring 2026. *Cost to be defined.
