Reference Number 0000282348 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/06 03:00:00 PM EST Yorks department of Energy Management, Facilities Management (FS), is inviting established Proponents to provide emergency and planned water main and sewer repairs, inspection, and cleaning services, annual Storm sewer catch basin maintenance, Storm Septors annual inspections and cleaning (As required) and access to Combo-Vacuum Truck services for Sanitary Sewers and Excavation work. Yorks intention is to select and establish one (1) Proponent to provide services noted in this RFP. Commercial General Liability Insurance against third party bodily injury (including death), personal injury and broad form property damage (including loss of use) and including products and completed operations liability and blanket contractual liability for an amount of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence. Such insurance shall include a cross liability and severability of interests clause and an endorsement naming York University, its governors, trustees, officers and employees as an Additional Insured. Term: 2025/02/17 12:00:00 AM EST - 2028/02/16 12:00:00 AM EST Option: two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
