Reference Number 0000282145 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/11/22 02:00:00 PM EST This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by The Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology to prospective Respondents to qualify as Audio Visual Service Providers for Small to Major Events at the Colleges various campuses and leased sites. The College intends to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) List for two (2) categories; Small to Medium Sized Events and Large Events, as further described in Appendix A. The prequalified suppliers will be included in the Colleges Vendor of Record (VOR) for the services outlined within this RFSQ for a period of three years, from January 6, 2025 to January 5, 2028, with potential extension for two more years (January 6, 2028 to January 5, 2030) based on the vendors performance over the first three years. The College reserves the right to not appoint any of the extension years. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
