Approximate area of work: Replacement of existing sound controls, microphone systems, and various speakers at seaman middle school cafetorium/stage. Replacement of existing lighting controls at Seaman Middle cafetorium/stage and High school auditorium. Replacement of existing sound control systems, microphone systems, and various speakers at Seaman high school auditorium. Estimated construction cost range (base bid): $425,000-450,000 TIME OF COMPLETION The date of Substantial Completion shall be August 1, 2025. Bid Security and bonds will be required The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
