Shawnee County is soliciting sealed bids for Modular Sport Flooring for the Stormont Vail Events Center per the minimum requirements. SCOPE & INFORMATION o Modular sport flooring: o For 15 athletic courts measuring 80' long by 46' wide. o Needs to have built in sub base or not have a need for sub base under the modular flooring system. o Needs to be suitable for use overtop of a flat concrete surface and approved for youth athletic activities like AAU, MAYB, or other sanctioned youth sports association activities for basketball and volleyball and tournament play. o Will be temporarily installed in an event center for youth, high school and/or collegiate sporting activity and tournament play and removed and stored when not in use. o All needs to be one surface material (wood look) or color and without striping, painted lines or any other sideline or game line markings. o Needs to be compatible with the use of a sideline, game line approved marking tape (like 3M or other). Please provide compatible taping options in your bid response. STORAGE o Storage solution or storage crates for the modular flooring when not in use. DELIVERY o For an early January 2025 purchase date, please include approximate delivery date. INSTALLATION o Professional or supervised installation for first use to be included in bid response.
