Renovation of a military facility in Kingsford, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in partnership with the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs are requesting professional architectural and engineering services for renovations to the Kingsford Armory. The project will consist of the following: 1. Modifications to the supply and vault spaces 2. Modifications to the men's and women's latrines 3. Refurbish men's and women's showers and locker rooms 4. Office and classroom renovations 5. Kitchen renovations 6. DDC Controls 7. Fire alarm system 8. Painting 9. Lighting The PSC shall assume a maximum construction budget of $3,200,000 for the project and it is anticipated the work may be implemented in a phased approach.
