: You are hereby invited to submit a bid for the installation of new cabinetry at Woodland Elementary for the 3rd grade pod. This invitation is for construction companies specializing in custom, commercial cabinetry. The contractor must be able to complete the project according to the defined installation dates. The contractor will be responsible for the following: 1. Construction and delivery of cabinets by July 2, 2025, to Woodland Elementary. 2. Installation of cabinets are scheduled as follows: July 2, 2025 thru July 27, 2025. The schedule is defined and fines of $1,000 per day may be assessed as of July 27, 2025, for not meeting the deadline. 3. Provide and install Formica 851-58 spectrum blue matte finish cabinetry for 7 Woodland Elementary Classrooms: 504,505,506,507,508,509, and 510. 4. Interior to be white melamine with matching banding. 3MM on edges of doors and drawers and .45 MM on exposed faces of cabinets and shelf edges. 5. All countertops will be PLAM, solid light gray, and triple cove. 6. All cabinets must be less than or equal to 24" wide, except if they contain a sink. 7. Included in this quote will be door pulls and hardware for all cabinets. 8. Excluded from this scope will be boot drip pans and door vents. 9. Field Verify all measurements prior to construction. 10. Casework Designs, sections and details required with the bid. Licensing and Insurance: The contractor shall be licensed and insured to do business in the State of Michigan. A copy of the license and insurance shall be provided with bid documents.
