Reference Number 0000282201 The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Fire Extinguisher, Maintenance and Inspection Services, as further described herein. Service and Inspections will be completed as per Ontario fire Code requirements, in conformance with NFPA 10 Portable Fire Extinguishers. This request is to provide service of fire extinguishers and support Fire Safety with Inspections of fire extinguishers on campus. This will also include providing 4000 dated seals of the current inspection year, it will also include removal and replacement of fire extinguishers that are 30 years old and are due for service based on cylinder type. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of Western to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) optional one (1) year terms. Service Spend The estimated annual spend for this service is $42,000 plus HST.
