Scope of Transit Hub and Utilities Project & SSM B - New Facility Welcome Center bid includes but is not limited to The Final Cleaning as described in specification 01 77 00. Including cleaning of all building exterior and interior hard-surfaced finishes to a dirt-free condition free of stains, films, and similar foreign substances leaving project fully clean and ready for occupancy; clean all rooms of every type complete; full wipe down of all finishes exterior and interior; clean and sanitize all restrooms, toilet rooms, and kitchens complete, including toilets, sinks, lavatories, showers, plumbing fixtures, kitchen accessories and equipment, stainless steel surfaces, walls, and floors; clean casework, cabinets, drawers, exteriors and interiors, and countertops complete; clean exposed mechanical ducts, electrical and plumbing pipes, support systems, equipment, insulated systems, registers and louvers, and unfinished or exposed ceilings; clean floors, vacuum carpets and similar soft surfaces (according to manufacturer's recommendations) and wipe baseboards; wash interior and exterior windows, frames, glazing, and partition glass; cleaning of the top of solar fins at window exteriors; remove and legally recycle or dispose of all cleaning debris from the site on a daily basis.
