In general, work consists of the following approximate quantities: The Woodbury 2024-2025 Pond Maintenance Project shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the excavation, storm sewer, grading, restoration, and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. The project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place of the following approximate quantities: 1.0 ACRE Clearing and Grubbing 2 EACH Remove Pipe Apron 2 L F Remove Drainage Structure 5555 C Y Excavation - Channel and Pond (LV) 3000 C Y Excavation - Channel and Pond (LV) (Special 1) 1 EACH Construct Drainage Structure Design Special 1 1 EACH Construct Drainage Structure Design Special 2 116 C Y Random Riprap CL III (Fieldstone) 1.2 ACRE Seeding Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
