Renovation of a residential development in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The VHA invites qualified vendors to propose and submit a solution to: Upgrade existing Cat 5 infrastructure to Cat 6, including new fiber line to IDF panel. Potentially a new patch panel and upgrade to existing ports to accommodate new port quantities as called out in drawings. First floor/southwest corner of the building: provide additional fiber data as called out in the proposed drawings. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY JANUARY 1, 2025. Performance and payment bonds (100%) are required The VHA invites qualified vendors to propose and submit a solution to: o Upgrade existing Cat 5 infrastructure to Cat 6, including new fiber line to IDF panel. o Potentially a new patch panel and upgrade to existing ports to accommodate new port quantities as called out in drawings. o First floor/southwest corner of the building: provide additional fiber data as called out in the proposed drawings. Owner reserves the right to waive as an informality any irregularities in submittals and/or to reject any or all Bids. Owner requests that firms refrain from requesting public disclosure of information until a contract has been executed as a measure to best protect the solicitation process, particularly in the event of a cancellation or re-solicitation.
