ESD112 seeks a qualified contractor for exterior work at our Park Crest Early Care and Education Center Located at 712 SE Park Crest Ave, Vancouver, WA 98683. Work to include siding, gutters, and windows. Deadline for Questions December 6, 2024. Refer all questions in writing to: Jeff Strunk, Director of Purchasing & Facilities Educational Service District 112 Jeff.Strunk@esd112.org SCOPE OF WORK ESD112 seeks a qualified contractor for exterior work at our Park Crest Early Care and EducationCenter Located at 712 SE Park Crest Ave, Vancouver, WA98683. Work to include: Include demo, haul-off, and replacing of the existing siding from the ground up to the soffit level. Siding to be new Hardi-Lap w/ 7 exposure with a pre-painted factory finish of Light Mist Grey; Trim and Fascia/Rake, & gutter Sub-Fascia to be Night Gray. The front entry tower to remain unchanged unless existing siding is found to be rotten, then a change-order will be assessed. Include demo and replacement ofthe existing gutters w/ new 6K gutters and downspouts. Factory color to be Dark Gray. Note: Owner requires seamless continuous gutter runs along the north and south sides ofthe building. Include demo and replacement ofthe existing windows from the outside only. Factory color to be White. Include any drywall repairs to the interior if damaged by the demo of existing windows. All soffits to remain unchanged unless found to be rotten. Provide your own portable toilet.
