Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to Dee Ober, RMC, Township Clerk, and delivered to 2400 Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ 08043. The outside of the envelope must also bear the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project. In addition to a paper copy of the bid submission, an electronic copy on disc or flash drive is requested. Bidders are required to submit a statement of corporate ownership, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders, and a non-collusion affidavit, pursuant to P.L. 1977, Chapter 33. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C. 127. regarding affirmative action and must also submit a business registration certificate with the bid pursuant to P.L. 2004, c.57. The bidder is also further notified that he must comply with P.L. 2012, Chapter 25, and submit a Disclosure of Investments in Iran and with P.L. 2022, c.3 and submit a Certification of Non-lnvolvement in Prohibited Activities in Russia or Belarus with his bid. In accordance with N.J.S.A 34:11-56.48 et seq., the "PUBLIC WORKS REGISTRATION ACT" requires that all contractors, subcontractors, sub-subcontractors register with the Department of labor prior to bidding on all public contracts The award of the contract shall be made subject to the necessary monies to do the work being provided by the Township in a lawful manner. The contract to be executed by the successful bidder will provide that it shall not become effective until the necessary monies to do the work have been provided by the Township in a lawful manner. The award shall further be subject to the securing of any necessary state, federal or local permits governing the work. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, and also to waive any informality in any bid or bids so received. Bids must be made on the bid forms provided, in the manner designated therein and required by the bidding documents. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
