The County of Sonoma Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Environmental Site Remediation Work Plan. OVERVIEW: The Department of Health Services is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to develop a comprehensive Site Remediation Work Plan for property located in Sonoma County. The purpose of a work plan is to address environmental contamination issues and ensure the safe and sustainable redevelopment of the site. The current project is known as the Liberty Road Property (APN 021-121-016), located at 1196, 1150, 1122 and 1080 Liberty Road in Petaluma. The primary objective of this project is to develop a detailed Site Remediation Work Plan that outlines the steps and methodologies required to remediate environmental contamination on the project site.
