Construction of a mixing chamber to receive influent, RAS, and filter backwash with baffling 10. Installation of 48" pipe from the headworks to the mixing chamber 11. Construction of a new splitter box 12. Installation of 42" pipe from the mixing chamber to the new splitter box 13. Site grading and access road improvements
