Pursuant to General Statues of NC, Section 143-129, sealed bid proposals for the furnishing of the necessary materials and the construction of the FY 2024-25 Street Resurfacing Contract For the City of Eden, North Carolina, Contract Number: SRC 2024-25 The scope of work consists of the repair and resurfacing of 8 street sections with a total of 7,919 linear feet or 1.500 miles. The resurfacing is to include the adjustment of 46 water and sewer structures; 12,820 square yards of Asphalt Pavement Milling at a depth of 0 to 1.50 inches; 1834 tons of Asphalt Concrete Surface Course (Type NC S9.5C Virgin Mix) at a depth of 1.50 inches. The City of Eden reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
