Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

**As of March 13th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 20th.** The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all concrete, steel, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately 2,840 LF of 8" wastewater pipe, 140 LF of 12" wastewater pipe, 2,520 LF of 18" wastewater pipe, 450 LF of 8" water line, 400 LF of 10'x8' reinforced concrete box, channel improvements consisting of 56,200 SF of CIP concrete walls in West Irving Creek, replacement of the bridges at Alan-A-Dale, Yorkshire St, Conflans Rd, and Wells Rd, and detention improvements in Wyche Park consisting of 95,400 CY of excavation, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The engineer's estimate is approximately $30M. The goods and services for this agreement are being funded by the Texas Water Development Board. The work to be performed for this agreement shall adhere to the rules and regulations included in this contract by the Texas Water Development Board.
