The City of Palatka is seeking proposals for a qualified and licensed contractor(s) to provide a guaranteed maximum bid for the construction a restroom facility at 450 S 14th St, Palatka, FL 32177. The City reserves the right to enter into agreements with multiple respondents, to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal process and to award the contract(s) in the best interest of the City. Any necessary engineering, drawings, permitting, inspections, materials, and equipment rentals should be included and described in detail for this proposal. A complete proposal for construction services shall describe and include pricing for the following: Construction Cost to consider: o Permitting: o All required documents for permitting and construction. o Electrical: o All required materials and tasks associated with bringing the existing onsite power to the structure and tying it in to the new structure. o All required materials and tasks associated with completing the proposed structure. o Plumbing: o All required materials and tasks associated with bringing the existing onsite potable water to the structure and tying in to the proposed structure. o All required materials and tasks associated with tying sanitary sewer for this structure to the existing force main located on the North side of Diana Drive. This will require the installation of a minimum 200gal pump station with 2HP grinder pump and back flow device. This will require a directional bore under Diana Drive. o Site prep and flat work: o All required materials and tasks associated with preparation of the site for the proposed structure. o All required materials and tasks associated with providing an ADA traversable path to the proposed structure. o Complete restoration of any disturbed areasshall be completed with this work. All exposed soil shall be sodded, sod shall match adjacent turf. o Structure: o All required materials and tasks associated with completing the proposed structure. o All required materials and tasks to finish and make operable the proposed structure
