Renovation of a municipal facility in Cleona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Cleona Borough Hall Renovations - Electrical Contract There will be four (4) separate prime contracts for General, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC Construction. The project includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing interior walls, construction of new interior walls and rooms, removal of existing electrical equipment, installation of new electrical equipment, installation of new plumbing equipment and pipes, removal of existing HVAC systems, installation of new HVAC systems and equipment, and all other construction work required to satisfactorily complete the project, as more fully described in the technical specifications and the contract drawings. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. Cleona Borough hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
