Renovation of a multi-residential development in Cleona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for Webster Manor HVAC Upgrades. Bids for the following construction contracts will be received: Plumbing All contracts will be bid and awarded independently; bidders may bid on one or more of the contracts as they choose. A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with bids for all contracts. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the prevailing wages as set forth in these specifications. The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to ninety (90) days. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon.
