Each Bid shall also be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid total. The Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Wage rates are contained in the Project Manual. All Bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the Bid opening date unless delayed due to the required approvals of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall be irrevocable for 120 days after the Bid opening in accordance with Act 317 of 1978, and subsequent amendments. The Cleona Borough Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any Bid or combination of Bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority, and to reject any or all proposals.
